An extremely common (and most important) trick I "discovered" is to drink more water. Drinking plenty of water is a very important part of all diets. How does increasing your water intake help with losing weight? Well, most importantly, the human body stores water... So, if you drink too little water, the body will store extra water because it thinks it is going through a period of drought. This can cause annoying bloating and leave you feeling miserable. By drinking plenty of water, your body WON'T store extra water which will keep you from that bloated look and feeling.

A second, but no less important, trick is to "boost" your food size! What do I mean? Let me explain... I am saying that you need to add more healthy foods to your meal. As an example, lets say you are eating a turkey wrap... just a small amount of tueky and the wrap don't make you feel full, right? Well, let's say you make a wrap and add cucumbers, sprouts, onions, bell peppers, etc... your wrap is bigger, you feel much more full, and you didn't increase your calorie intake! Be creative!

Just after eating, do one of these three things: gargle mouthwash, chew gum, or brush your teeth. Because of this, you won't eat anything else. A very large of your daily caloric intake comes from eating more food after you should already be done with your meal.
These are just a few of the best tips and tricks I found when researching model dieting tips. Obviously, models and supermodels are in the "skinny" business, so using tips from their weight loss arsenal is an excellent way to go.
